Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. What AskLoop is
AskLoop lets you build and run surveys by talking to Claude. Published surveys become web pages that anyone can answer without an account. By connecting AskLoop, or by answering a survey made with it, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
Creating surveys requires a Google account, and you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your surveys are yours — and your responsibility
You keep ownership of the surveys you write and the responses you collect. You grant AskLoop only the permission it needs to store, display, and process that content in order to run the service.
Because you decide what to ask, you are responsible for:
- complying with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you and to your respondents;
- telling respondents what you will do with their answers;
- not soliciting sensitive information — health, finances, government identifiers and the like — through free-text questions;
- not sending surveys to people who did not agree to hear from you.
4. What you must not do
- Break the law, or use AskLoop to harass, deceive, or defraud anyone.
- Submit automated or fake responses, or work around the bot check or the plan limits.
- Try to reach surveys or responses that are not yours.
- Resell the service, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.
5. Plans and payment
Free. Up to 3 live surveys at a time, and the first 100 responses your account receives in a calendar month are viewable. Responses past that limit are still collected and stay safe — they unlock the moment you upgrade.
Pro. US$9 per month, billed in US dollars. Any VAT, GST, or consumption tax that applies where you live is added at checkout, so the amount you are charged may be higher than $9. No cap on live surveys and no viewing limit. 2,000 responses a month is guidance rather than a hard limit: past it we show a warning, and we do not block collection or viewing.
Billing runs through Polar. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. To cancel, change your payment details, or download an invoice, ask Claude to manage your billing — it will open your customer portal. The link in the receipt email from Polar works too, or write to support@askloop.app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial months. If something goes wrong on our side, write to support@askloop.app and we will sort out a refund. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, applying from your next renewal.
6. Availability
AskLoop is provided as is. Keeping response collection running is our first priority, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or retire features. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data first.
7. Deleting things
You can delete a survey at any time, which deletes its responses with it. To close your account entirely, write to support@askloop.app. What we store and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AskLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute will be brought before the courts of Japan. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use AskLoop after a change means you accept it.
